where is it I did not receive it at all after claiming, from twitch app. useless app

Mine did the same thing from browser on PC. It showed up to claim, I clicked it to claim, and now it just isn't showing anywhere.

Having the same issue; claimed it earlier but don't see it in game or in twitch inventory

claimed mine when i could, doesn't appear in the twitch inventory and doesn't appear in game

have the same issue. claimed and never appeared in game or in twitch drop inventory. account has been connected for 6 years now and have never had any issues redeeming a drop.

Click your logged name above (upper left). Along the right, click 'Manage Connections'. Link your twitch account here. If it's already linked - you can click 'view rewards' to confirm you received them (and they'll already be waiting for you in game in microtransactions area).

Same thing here. Nothing showing up in Twitch inventory, nor in game.

apparently it takes some time to get to the account. Following the steps above i saw i was rewarded the wings at 5:15:30 and I claimed them on twitch around 4:40. Tested in game and they were not there at 5:10. Testing again at 5:17 and they are there.
