Physical Items not Delivered , Support unable to resolve matter by email

Dear GGG and fellow Exiles,

Over a decade supporter here and recently Voidborn Supporter.

I am completely done with trying to resolve the matter by email of physical items not being shipped for months.

1st contact by email : I am told to confirm my address again

2nd contact by email : I am told there are delays and soon they will let me know my tracking number

3rd contact by email : No items , or Tracking Number sent for 2 months thus i yet again contact asking what is going on . GGG not only does not apologize for not following up with their email they ask me to again reconfirm the address which I do again (also including all the previous emails so they can see the record and photos of my purchase.

4th contact by email : they tell me you address is different from what we have in our system.

5th contact by email : they tell me you address is different from what we have in our system.

6th contact by email : they tell me you address is different from what we have in our system.

This is so frustrating . everytime getting a response from a different person which means there is not anyone working on the case from start to finish to get things resolved.

Very dissapointed GGG.

No you have not contacted with anything that resembles an answer addressed to the issues and frustration expressed through multiple emails to your team .

I had 3-4 people reply my emails without having any context of the situation in a span of 24 hours thus as a last resort i posted here.

I'm in the same boat. Still waiting for an order I placed in September.
Communication is terrible as you're in the dark for the whole process. No updates are sent to anyone.
You then raise a case, and you're told they have no information, and you're left again in the dark.

Soon enough, they're going to release new packs, and ask again for our support, knowing that orders are severely delayed.
Sorry to hear that. Seems a few other people have posted about this not only this forum.

A few small updates regarding this matter :

1) GGG support claims they sent some of the items to another address that supposing was inserted by me at checkout. The proceeded to include a tracking number that did not work and asked me to contact post office and check if they have something for me. Meanwhile we have 20-30 post offices here and there is no record after spending hours.

2) instead of an apology they doubled down and still insist that me an adult ordered something for 500$ and I was not able to check out with the correct address. We are not even talking about a small address error here. They claim they sent it to an old address I had in the system that has not been used for over 5 years.

3) they offered points instead of physical items or I pay postage for their errors so they can send the items again.

4) still no proof has been provided from their side to support above claims tough I have provided everything from receipts to email chains with my correct address indicated.

5) best part ? They threatened to ban my account and claim that it will be FRAUd if I report this to my credit card company to resolve the case.

6) on the final email I said all I need is an apology and provide proof for your mistake and I will accept your points or contact your legal department. Their answer ? No apology , no proof and just an email address to share with my lawyer as they said.

This update is not in any way because I wanna damage GGG. It’s just a warning and evidence of how much our money is worth to a company we have supported and loved for years

That's bad. I don't know why it's so difficult for GGG to communicate.

For me it has been 11 days since I raised a case.
I was told an email will be sent with tracking information, but nothing so far.
With the new league coming, and being December, I don't think anything will happen this month.

They should stop selling physical items.

I for sure have no idea what is going on everyone.

Support used to be great for years.

Now its been 5 days they straight up ignoring to even reply.

I will update here as soon as there are updates.
