Alchemist's Mark Not Generating Any Flask Charges

Reference Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JU458x2OM9M

The "Gain 1 Flask Charge when you Hit a Cursed Enemy, no more than once every 3 seconds" line on Alchemist's Mark doesn't appear to be working. If this mark is applied to an enemy and then hit no charges are generated, at least for the character that I tested this on. I have tried both melee and spell hits, as well as tried casting a second curse (Frostbite) to see if that is required to meet the "Cursed Enemy" requirement. The character in question has +20% curse effect and +11% flask charges gained, so neither of these should be compromising the flask charges.

During the video, a charge is gained when the spell is cast; however, this is due to a normal enemy being killed in an Act 5 region, not due to Alchemist's Mark.

Out of curiosity, have you tried with Hex Master unallocated? I know very few people who allocate that without Timeless converting it and I wonder if the infinite duration of both the keystone and infinite duration of Marks is what causes it.
Removing Hex Master does cause the character to gain flask charges from Alchemist's Mark. Thanks
Interesting. I wonder if it's an actual bug when using both or if it's a rounding down issue where you can't get 0.8 flask charges. Glad you're able to work around it.
