Allocate Charisma not Working

I Annointed my necklace with Allocate Charisma but it is not reflecting in my stats.
Tried using the necklace in my other characters but still not working. Is Allocate Charisma bugged right now? Is there any quick fix for this issue? Thanks in advance. Last bumped on Nov 26, 2023, 12:57:24 PM

You've probably already allocated Charisma in the passive tree?
