Unabble to launch the game

Hello,

i am playing POE on steam. I am playing frequently. I am stocking the game on an external device. It just don't want to work. I appears like steam is running the app, but nothing is hapening, there isn't any kind of window. I restart my pc several time then i supress the game, then download everything. It didn't solve the problem. I am still trying to fix it. I have tryed to clear cache and other things, but it didn't work.
