300ms CPU Stutter lag in POE

I am having Stutter lag issues ( CPU MS spike up to 300ms )

.After logging back in after a few days break suddenly got the issue.


Played most Tota whit only some lag ,but this really got bad



CPU MS spike up to 300ms

Tried different settings , but only turning off multitrading mad the cpu stable.
But the fps tank to 30fps then.

GPU Nvida GTX 1660 Super
