Can't decompress coruppt data / random dcs

As many others I have this problem but for some reason it's only on my updated version of windows.
When playing on older win 10 version 1.7 this error doesn't occur.
What happens often is that i get disconnected randomly and it happens even more commonly while i play with someone.
Every time I get dced game tells me that I try to login from different location and I need to provide my password again.
Inb4 someone is using your account, no its not happening. All items are still there, nothing is missing or new when I don't play it.

This failed to decompress started to happen yesterday, during the blast from the past league nothing like that occurred at all.

Yesterday at one point I couldn't even login as game was telling me some update is needed. Which sounded like complete nonsense.

Packet checking helps as it seems game is not syncing itself properly, but this temporary fix will work only on few levels and then occur again.
Reinstall didn't help.

Current state of this game makes it unplayable. Year ago I could enjoy this game while having simple 4gb of ram, old quad CPU and gtx 1060.
Now it's broken so badly that even modern parts do not help.

My tips for all of you struggling:
Disable multithreading in game options.
Do not bother updating your windows and drivers if other stuff works fine.
Set everything to min quality
Keep game in windowed full screen mode.
