Huge latency peak

Hello, I'm experiencing huge peaks of latency when playing, especially when there's more then one monster or a lot of graphic details. It began 3 days ago. Before that, everything was fine. I run everything a know to check out my computer, but since i'm not a pro, maybe something wrong with it. Latency peak go often to 40000.
