That mod is local to attacks with the weapon itself. EK is a spell and wont benefit from it.

The mod "32% increased damage with poison, 25% chance to poison on hit"
work half on EK (32% damage work, 25% poison not work) And it clearly said "ON HIT" (means work with both attack and spell) just like herald of agony |

It's not a bug. That's how those mods work. The local half of that mod only works for that weapon. In fact, if you dual wield it for a poison attack, you'll find you only get the poison chance once (when THAT weapon hits), not twice.

I doubt thats how this mod work. As i mentioned before "on hit". So no matter what this is a bug.

You can doubt all you want. It doesn't change that that is exactly how it works. It is true for every weapon with that mod.

If both work on local only, i can take that. But half mod work on spell, half mod not work on spell? Come on...

Finally, you guys confirm this is a bug, it does benefit EK.
