Hybrid flasks

I have tried to search for an answer to my question and find utterly conflicting answers, so I'll try here:

Do hybrid flasks count as life flasks and mana flasks for passives which grant effects to life or Mana flasks?

For example, will using a hybrid flasks proc primal spirit?
Will hybrid flasks gain charges for both passives which grant charges to life and mana?

Yes. The wiki confirms with an answer by mark GGG in the links at the bottom of the page for hybrid flasks.

The only one that might be up in the air is if it gets double charges for flask mastery and other flask passives which should be pretty easily testable yourself.
