Allocated tattoo passives in radius of Unnatural Instinct don't count for tribal bonuses
Summons from Loyalty Tattoos and the Ancestral Tattoo of Bloodlines give bonuses based on the tribal affiliation of allocated tattoos. Based on how these are worded, I believe they should count the tribal affiliations of tattoos on allocated small passives within the radius of Unnatural Instinct.
For example, Summon Spirit of Rakiata says "20% increased buff effect per allocated Tasalio Tattoo." Unnatural Instinct causes allocated small passives in its radius to grant nothing, but that doesn't change the fact that the node is a tattoo node and is allocated (as in the screenshot), so it should count, but it doesn't. Similarly, this node should count as a Tasalio node for the purposes of Ancestral Tattoo of Bloodlines (2% increased recovery rate of life, mana and energy shield per tribe for which you have an allocated tattoo), but it doesn't. In both cases, the fact the allocated node itself grants nothing because of Unnatural Instinct should be irrelevant. It's still allocated and is still a tattoo node. ![]() Last bumped on Nov 17, 2023, 9:33:02 AM
