Connection issues

Hi, I play from Argentina, from the Brazil server. Last years I played with 30 ms on average, which is normal when I play other games, such as CSGO, LOL, also on servers located in Brazil. But for a while now, I'm playing with 235-250 ms, which are very annoying. What led me to contact you is that in the last few days it has become impossible for me to enjoy the game. There are times when before logging in, when choosing the gateway, all the servers appear with a sign of question mark (?). And finally when they appear again, I manage to get in for a few minutes, and suddenly it disconnects me. I have lost maps, currency, and above all time with these problems, I am frustrated if you understand me. This unfortunately only happens to me with POE.

I have checked the forum, reddit, and all over the internet but I couldn't find a solution, even though I saw many people with the same problems. I leave you my information in the hope of being able to solve it with you.

Hey, Im from chile and since like 2 weeks ago been having the same problem, normally i would play with like 40-60 ms but now im playing from 170 to 255 ms randomly, just now i send a mail to the support staff, but they told me to just post the problem in the forum.

I update the thread.

I tried to talk to GGG support and a bot responded saying that there would be a thread on the forum. So here we are.

I talked to my ISP and at the moment they only told me to contact the engineering area, since they can only restart the network and little else. Since every ISP is very difficult to communicate with, the best thing I managed to do is generate a claim number and now I have to wait for them to contact me.

I'm going to give them the opportunity to communicate, I'll start praying...
