which build is best for sanctum farming? [ standard league ]

Hi, I spent more than 200d and made a build like this:

But this hero has 0 defense, the enemy shot me 1, I really hate this build now, any suggestions for a new build? pls offer best possible build, ty.

You're already playing it. Your problem is you went way overboard on damage. You can literally kill in the same speed with less than half that damage. So if you want to farm sanctum w/o dying like that, cut half your damage and invest in some defenses and life.
