Escalation notable with Infernal Cry, also Admonisher

Hi there. I was wondering if Escalation (10% increased Melee Damage for each second you've been affected by a Warcry Buff, up to a maximum of 60%) works with Infernal Cry.

I'm guessing it does not, since Infernal Cry has no buff component, it covers enemies in Ash and makes some of your next attacks to be exerted.

And how does Admonisher (15% increased Damage for each time you've Warcried Recently) work? If I use two warcries within 2 seconds of eachother, does it refresh? Or will I have 30% increased damage for 2 sec, after which one goes away and I have 15% increased damage for the remainder 2 sec?

1) Not sure, though I imagine you are correct that it doesn't work for Infernal Cry.
