Chieftain VS jugg for RF
would there be any reason to go chief for RF? how do the explosions feel in end game maps with altars? 5% looks really low on paper. easy access to 90% all res is nice but is it enough to keep you from dying? ON jugg i had over 80K armor,i dont think chief even has any significant armor?

I've done them both (not recently) and Jugg is just always better, imo.

I tried one out in HCSSF these past few days. The explosion trips like every other pack you run into. It's pretty nice.
I should add, I was skeptical at first but this new chief imo is much better for RF than Jugg (until you have some crazy decked out gear). Yes, I don't have much armour compared to a jugg but most of the damage you take is elemental. Having tons of max res for free (I have 88 on my guy) means you are free to use pieces the Jugg can't because Jugg needs all kinds of res on gear. So if I find say Kikazarus or Pyre rings, I can actually keep them instead of swapping for rares. All that means the new chief ends up much higher in dps. I think JUGG into Chieftain. I played both in this league. Chieftain is lack everything at start; explosion not noticeable until endgame min-max mapping, 90 max res isn't there, phy mitigation not good, no good recovery, no utility and relatively low dps uptime. On the other hand, JUGG does everything smooth. If I choose to play RF: I'll start with JUGG->get fully ready items then switch to chieftain.
