Can't interact with Navali or Zana in Hideout

I'm returning after being away from PoE fro a while and I have Navali and Zana in my hideout among some other new characters but I can't interact with her. The Wiki says she was replaced by Lilly Roth but both are there. Is Navali being there and non-clickable a bug? Regarding Zana I didn't see anything saying she was replaced or anything else and is still in the game. Though when editing it shows Navali and Zana as images. I'm confused.

Navali is now purely a decoration, as Prophecy has been removed from the core game.
Lilly Roth is able to sell you gems and you can hand in divination card stacks to her (once she is able to be in your hideout). 😹😹😹😹😹

Instead of Zana there is now Kiraс (since 3.17).

Kirac isn't in my hideout. I guess that's why Zana is still.

the game went forward with the Sirus encounter. Oriath was destroyed, Zana went into maps after him(?) and Navali died of scarlett fever, or something.
