Crash after ~5 min of playing

It started this league, after league start, then with a patch it was ok, then again after second big patch in late september/early october if i rememer correctly.
Checked logs, no error written there, everything seems normal. It looks like normal exit game. This happens every 5-10 min. No virus, spywares or unwanted programs.
