I can no longer play your game

I have been playing all league on dx12 but since your latest patch (3.22.2 Hotfix 3) I am not even able to idle in my Hideout for longer than 2 minutes.

I will not be able to take part in your events or continue to enjoy the league due to you fixing something that wasn't broken (at least for me).

I have tried DX11, DX12 and Vulkan, all with the same result - constant crashing.

Yes, Vulkan is the most stable for me but I also experienced a lot of crashing this league, and I think Ancestor was launched prematurely as there were, and still are issues with the game files / game engine.

You don't even list your specs..

Would you happen to be on Ryzen 5 or 7K?

My game doesn't even start up crashes, by accident I put Vulcan instead of Directx12, since then I cannot do anything, tried e-mailing them they just suggested forum, also my monies spent on game, can't even get a help, that sucks. I guess goodbye PoE.

Go here C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\Documents\My Games\Path of Exile

and delete production_config.ini

or better yet, just change the line


renderer_type=Vulkan

to

renderer_type=DirectX12
