Idea for NEW UNIQUE SHIELD

So that is in my mind for New Unique shield, what do you think ?
Unlock Transcendance Keystone
+ 10% max all resistances
+1% max all resistance per 1000 life
20% increased maximum life
30% of physical damage taken as fire damage
You have no energy shield

The idea behind it :
Transcendance Kyestone already gives -15% all max resistances, so with this shield you will have the keystone without any downstears, but also you can use the shield with life based builds.

Your opinions?

You need a stronger downside, like "75% less armor".
Otherwise it will just be a no-brainer BiS item...
