Unplayable since latest patch 3.22.2 Hotfix 3

Whatever you "fixed" in this patch straight up broke something for me.
Been playing fine all league but not anymore. If I even make it to my hideout, the game just full crashes within minutes. Sometimes 20 seconds, sometimes as long as 5 minutes - and this is just idling in my HO. I have played on DX12 all league. The above now happens on DX12, DX11 and Vulkan.
