Pulverise offerred as quest reward to Templar, but not as a town gem vendor option

Just found this out while rolling a new Templar in the Krangled event. Completing Siosa's quest "A Fixture of Fate" includes the Pulverise Support gem in the rewards he offers to you, and can be purchased from him at gem level 1 afterwards. However, Clarissa in town won't offer you the Pulverise support gem herself among the gems she sells.

Only a minor issue where you can't purchase a partially pre-levelled gem, and have to use the waypoint a little extra, but still an inconsistency that seems unintended.

This is probably a very old forgotten bug

As the 3.7 patch notes stats

"

Added Pulverise Support as a reward for the Templar, Marauder and Duelist for completing a Fixture of Fate.


Pulverise Support becomes available from Clarissa for the Ranger and Scion after completing a Fixture of Fate.

But currently the gem is a quest reward (but not vendor reward) for Templar

While not mentioned in patch notes (i haven't dig out 3.8 and beyond patch notes BTW), Witch somehow have access of this gem
