Adding an item to the trade-site for the mirror service and using that item in my build at the same time, its possible?

If its currently equipped no. It needs to be in a public stash tab.
The only options are having a second mirrored copy listed at one mirror and hope people understand whats going on or to make a post in the trading forums (lol). |

It is possible yes, just make a post on the trade forum and link the item code directly from your inventory.
