Pathfinder in Ruthless HC

I decided to give a try to the Ruthless HC and when choosing the base ascendancy for my future build I was wandering why Pathfinder is so trashy on Ruthless game mode.



I understand that you nerfed a lot of things, including very basic things like ascendancies and fundamental mechanics like Flasks. But how am I supposed to play this ascendancy if you:

1. Nature's Adrenaline
Flasks gain 3 charges every 3 seconds
nerfed to
Flasks gain 1 charges every 3 seconds

there is almost no way to use permaflasks on this character anymore. And the next nerf completely gutted this ascendancy. To refill 10-15 charges on some utility flask I need 30-45 seconds!

2. Utility Flasks cannot gain charges while active and have lower duration than they normally do.
Even for the flask-oriented ascendancy, she can't gain flask charges while they are active. She has to allocate Master Alchemist in order to do that. What a cost!

What's the point to play this ascendancy if it's fundamental idea is completely dead?
For example Untiring on Juggernaut wasn't nerfed so badly, but these flask changes made Pathfinder completely useless in this game mode.

Pathfinder is IMO so so in Ruthless HC. IF you stack the 1 charge with eldritch implicit and get 'Brutal Restraint' with 'Traitor' you can also sustain more expensive flasks for single target. Pathfinder minus Master Surgeon is bad for progression before that though. And there are only ~20 players at 90+.

The annoying thing about Pathfinder in Ruthless is that the annoying Master Surgeon (which is "super strong" technically but really bad gameplay wise) is unchanged. So while I dont think Pathfinder is weak I do think its a design failure. Making 'Master Surgeon' so that you have to manually press the flask is a fallback to the Dark Ages of PoE. I dont want that.
