Yes, secondary damage explosions can crit, but have base crit chance of 0. So you'd need very high investment in all possible flat crit chance bonuses to make them crit reliably. Diamond shrine is the only thing to achieve this easily.

so would "Increased Critical Strikes Support" & "Assassin's Mark" & "Brittle" & "Fresh Meat Support" work for it to crit?

They should, but never tried to build it myself. Also you'll have trouble making bosses brittle, this ailment has notoriously higher treshold compared to others. You'd also need lots of minion power charges and % increased crit chance. Idk if it is even worth the hassle.

I was thinking about to use "Cold-attuned Buckler" + "Increasead Elemental Ailment modifiers" for higher critical chance, but that means I would not be able to use "Maligaro's Lens" + "Necromantic Aegis" for faster minion's explosion

As a Guardian it should be easy to get 75% block chance
