Totem Leech Mastery Issues

Can the totem leech mastery be changed to any type of damage please?

Currently: "1% of Physical Attack Damage dealt by your Totems is Leeched to you as Life"

So many totems are non-physical (artillery ballista) let alone non-attack (spell totems).

Totems aren't so amazing that they don't need leech.
