To Level of All Lightning Spell Skills Gems not working in Stat Filter POE Trade

Hello - I know that there is an amulet that has +1 to Level of All Lightning Spell Skill Gems (https://www.pathofexile.com/trade/search/Standard/emG8wl9SL).
However when I search for ANY amulet that has just that attribute it comes back with 'No Results Found.' (https://www.pathofexile.com/trade/search/Standard/5GoggGoca) Thoughts? Last bumped on Oct 19, 2023, 6:24:12 AM

The stat in your first link is "+# to Level of All Lightning Skill Gems" (without the "Spell" part).

Is it possible to add bulk search capabilities to elder and conqueror maps, similar to how shaper maps can be bulk searched? I realize shaper maps are their own base type, as opposed to implicit mods on conqueror, but searching one map via implicit filters "occupied by #" and "# citadel" is really clunky, no one is going to reply if you try to message for whooping 1 map deal.
