Passives quests - completed quests but still showing incomplete?

Hi,
im new and just started POE a few days ago and reached the endgame.
I searched on youtube and found a video to use command "/Passives" to bring up any missing points.

After i did this i saw the following populate:

1 from The Master of a Million Faces
1 from Queen of despair
1 from Kishara's Star
1 from Love is dead
1 from Reflection of Terror
1 from The Gemling Legion
1 from Queen of the Sands

However, i went through my quest log to see what was completed and they are show completed and in the description text "Quest Complete-Rewared you with 1 Passive Skill Point".

i tried to go through steam and verify the integrity files, restart PC, uninstall and reinstall but still no success.

with all that said, is this a bug?
have any of you had this happen?

p.s. i also have the achievement "No Loose Ends - Complete each side-quest" i thought this also meant i did all the passives quest?

This means you got 1 skillpoint for completing the quest.
A "0" indicates you missed it

That command shows you completed quests and earned passives, not the other way around.
