Unnatural Instinct jewel is removing double dex stat value. Possibly tatoo interaction causing issue

I was following a build guide that needed addition of Unnatural Instinct jewel on character WrinkledSoul (Ancestor league). When socketed the jewel actually removed 20 dexterity instead of adding 10 and invalidates some of the current gear that I had equipped.
The socket selected is close to elemental equilibrium node in the lower right sector of the skill tree. The only thing that is unusual is that Loyalty tattoo of Maata was applied on the intelligence node directly south of the jewel socket inside the circumference of the Unnatural Instinct gem. First part of image shows when jewel is inserted. Second is when jewel is removed. Note dexterity statistic change. I cannot leave the Unnatural Instinct jewel in the build because the loss of dexterity invalidates some of my equipped gear. You have one unallocated +10 Dexterity node in its radius, which the jewel grants. You have three allocated +10 Dexterity nodes in its radius, which the jewel removes. The net change is -20 Dexterity. |

ok thanks it is a little unclear.
Maybe it is not a bug however the jewel tip states all of the unallocated nodes in range. The feature would be easier to understand if the tip was extended to state the nodes that the jewel is effectively removing. I might try using tattoos on them and see what happens. |
