Please enable minion icons in the top left corner for the controller layout

Why is this feature not present in the controller layout? I don't understand the purpose of making these layouts so drastically different. How would including that break the layout? I can enable the icons for all the auras I have, but not 1 minion? I only really want an AG icon in the top left to keep track of his health because it's more convenient than having AG occupy a precious skill slot just so I can see his health or enabling mini health bars for all my minions.
