Hall of the Grandmasters - help!

Okay so obviously I can't kill GGNoobs.

Is there anyone out there who can who might be willing to help me out?

Alternatively does he spawn ever single time, or is it just random luck? I have no idea what the pool size is.

there is no need to do that map. its not on the atlas so you wont get points for it. and the loot there is pretty bad also so zero reason to do this map

then you need to pay someone to do it. most builds cant do it, you need a special build for it

As far as I can tell, easiest way to kill him is very high burst damage or dmg over time. Mines should work nicely.
