Bots Bots and More Bots Unpopular Opinon

After speaking with the community on regarding bots, Its become apparent a lot of people are botting more now than ever. Why? little to no repercussions by GGG. The last ban wave to my knowledge I believe was during incursion league. The Test to botting is identifying specific items in trade. Blight Jewelry with Golden oils, Sextants buying in singles or bulk, unique items with %# max, splinters, any small currency item you can flip and much more ect. Your Trade bot manages your sell tab, while you continue to play the game or while off the game. I tested most of these items by placing it into a sell tab without listing a price for the item. It would take around 3 seconds for a bot to respond to buy that item.
I understand this is an unpopular opinion but bots have an unfair advantage to everyone who doesn't own one. The current and most popular response is it allows the economy to move. The Economy will move regardless if we had bots or not. Yes, you have to "slow trade" like everyone else while buying in bulk ect. Just because botting is more efficient doesn't mean its healthy for the the economy. Bots are used for malicious ways such as RMT, and hording resources. we have all seen the un-ascended witch or ranger in Trade with 5k to 20k of a single item. Main question to ask yourself while reading this is " I recommend GGG issue another large scale ban wave regarding botting and address the issue clearly via front page with a check the box I agree that any form of botting will ect. ect. Trading is not that bad Just because there's a slight inconvenience of waiting for a response doesn't mean trading without bots is dead in the water. Most of the people who didn't respond back to your whisper chances are that item was sniped by a bot. Again Its a "and allowing everyone to own a bot doesn't solve the issue. which the issue is, takes to long, slow, wasting my time. bots don't solve any of these issues. Every time you see a trade bot just report them. It's as simple as that.

without bots trading would be 100x worse, let em stay, or you can go play ssf

If only there was an some sort of something, may be auction house, where you can sell and buy without stupid clicks and wasting time.
But it have not been invented yet, particulary in videogames. |
