Do Heist trinkets convert twice?

Every few leagues I settle on Heist as one of my go-to's; it's become a staple when I'm not burned out on it.

Lately I've been thinking about getting a 1% chaos to divine trinket and then I saw some that looked like this.



Much more expensive than the basic 1% chaos to divine convert.

Do the alterations that convert to chaos also have a chance to convert again to divines?

After reading some old reddit posts it still seems unclear.

I am guessing, but I would say no.
Since they are drop % from the same item.
