jewel lock cant move it out

hello I equipped a jewel impossible escape viridian jewel in my skill tree but I can no longer move it it's marked right click to move but nothing to do I can't do anything to move it it poses a big problem for me because I'm losing points and I don't need any more to have it in the tree, can you help me please?

If you want to remove your Impossible Escape jewel, you first have to unallocate the passives in its radius.

Your jewel allows you to allocate nodes around the Impaler keystone in the bottom left of the passive tree. You still have Dismembering allocated, as well as a tattoo over the 30 dexterity node.
