Randomly crashing for the first time this entire league (Played since day 1)

So, this league has been basically flawless for me and most of my friends, no performance issues and ZERO server issues. The overall FPS has been a lot lower, but it's playable. No more 260fps in hideout, but still 165 capped to monitor refresh (not the same in maps, haha). The issue is, starting today, alot of us haven't been able to do 5ways more than 1 minute, FPS is rock solid stable at 60-120+ depending on how much visual garbage is on screen (and depending on PC) Never had any crashes except when I accidentally had 200 chrome tabs open and ran out of RAM I can count on 2 hands the crashes I've had, and I've basically only played this single character since day 1. Nothing has changed, I login, I do some glacier maps, and boom, crash. No error, nothing. Just crash to desktop. Just tried vulkan, no change.
Crashed after almost EXACTLY 1 minute in 5way. DX12 is just better, but for this there's no difference. Tried with all sounds set to false in config aswell, no difference except higher FPS. Bad news.
DX11 doesn't work either. Straight crash to desktop, game just closes after 30-60 seconds of 5way. Turns out it was my 5800X3D that was unstable at -30 CO, it must have degraded or something else changed.
Dropped it to -10 CO and AVX workloads dont crash anymore, and PoE hasn't crashed since aswell. I'm just going to assume this is my fault, but we'll see if the crashes suddenly start again! |
