Couple Crashing at the exact same time

Me and my wife both play PoE on separate computers with similar but different specs, running with completely different setups in PoE through steam. In the past few days we've started to experience crashes where both our clients lock up at the exact same time, in the exact same way. It causes a hard lock that requires an end task.

We've tried the separate PoE Client, verifying files, updating drivers, and I am at a loss of what could cause both to lock at the same time that would be specific to either computer.
