Auto Cast Spell & Attack gem

hi, I'm mana-gurdian, i'm using this node [Bastion of Hope], now I need cast an spell/attack gems every 2-3 second, i also got this node too [Ancestral Bond].
now i want see which combination of gems are good for me?

Any gems, it doesn't matter, 1 spell gem, 1 attack gem, just cast (automatically) every 2-3 seconds, don't change my location, and don't stop me ( like Infernal-Cry ) every time these gems are cast.

Bastion of Hope :
* If you've Attacked Recently, you and nearby Allies have +25% Chance to Block Attack Damage
* If you've Cast a Spell Recently, you and nearby Allies have +25% Chance to Block Spell Damage

Ancestral Bond :
* You can't deal Damage with Skills yourself

Only way to get spell to cast automtically is some cast when dmg taken setup. Or some other trigger.
But you don't have anything like that for attacks.

Triggers won't work for this. You can bind a guard skill on left click to automate a spell block bonus at least. I can't think of anything better than movement attacks like Leap Slam, Shield Charge or Whirling Blades for the second part, but seems like you don't like it.
