Omen Consumed on item but not 6 linked

Hi dear support.

I don't know what your log can see, but I used an Omen as stated in the Chat log. but my item didn't change.
I don't have any other items in inventory, so really don't know what happened here.

I used my fuse on the item.

hope you can help.

"Maximum links" is the key word here.

It does not add sockets, it just links them. The item needs to have 6 sockets first.
