Problem with lag, frame everyday same hour, same minutes starts

Will sound strange, but since this league started, every single day mostly i played the game, but everyday at same hour 20:24 +- few minutes the lagging occurs (8pm Eeastern European Time, Athens,Bucharest,Sofia Time)

Few hours its close to impossible to not having rought time, cant click on character, on maps its total mess, i die non stop and frames are like 15FPS

I did many tests, i have one of the topest internet bandwith, any hour any day i have minimum 800mb/s download and 600mb/s upload, pings on google maximum 18ms, i play multiple games, 0 problems, only on POE happens.

I feel something doesnt work good from one side.

Need help please.

EDIT: my pc its pretty solid, 12900k CPU, ram 64gb, GPU 1070, works good

EDIT2: this problems persist 3-4 hours then slowly feels better

I switched to Vulkan renderer and now it works fine. No more stuttering for me. I have an 5800X3D + RTX 3070.

Please post a WinMTR log (there is a guide here), as requested in the sticky thread.

with vulkan + multitrading was only error

vulkan + disabled was with maximum 15 fpps

i switched to directx12beta + disabled multitrading and works with 25-30fps
