This league my framerate is atrocious

GTX 1080 8gb
Ryzen 5600x 16gb ram Win11 Every other league i could atleast get 60fps. This league EVEN AT 800x600, LOWEST graphics i constantly drop to like 30fps What happened!? is the new patch/update just broke with the GTX 1080..It doesnt really make sense! Last bumped on Sep 28, 2023, 11:57:32 PM

Same here, also on an 1080.
i have 20-40 fps super unstable in hideout, cpu (i7 2700k) goes nuts. I made a super detailed post about it in bugforum (with specs and screenshots) but just got deleted after a couple of hours... i guess this is considered normal now -.- |

There are pretty much hundreds of messages about this now, it was caused by the pre-league "performance patch".
The simplest things to try in-game are: Disable multi-threading if your f1 graph shows CPU spiking. This can smooth FPS at a cost of overall FPS loss. Try all different renderers. Vulkan, DX11 and 12. Change to full screen instead of windowed/fullscreen windowed. Finally, the game runs better now in 4k for me than it does in 2k, so it's worth a try. Makes no sense, but whatever. None of these steps should have to be attempted, but GGG obviously broke something in the patch and everyone is scrambling to try to get back to performance levels they had before the patch.
