I use Omen of connections in hideout but not working.

You probably already used an Omen in that hideout instance. A player can only use one Omen per instance.

Yeah, I used it a week ago in same hideout.

talk to helena and swap hideouts to see if that fixes things, otherwise just go to some zone in the acts.
