I can't unlock the Backstreet Hideout

I'm going to brush the Backstreet Hideout, a hidden place in a dark alley. At the beginning, the hidden place appeared on the map less than 10 times. When I cleaned up the monsters inside and showed that the hidden place had been unlocked, I was disconnected not long after. When I went online, I found that the hidden place had not been unlocked, and then I brushed nearly 300 collapsed corridors and never brushed the hidden place again. The poe wiki showed that the hidden place belonged to a common type and was easy to brush. I don't know if it was my role.

wiki did not state it is "common". Where did you read it.
Just keep spamming and farming Arcade Map. Also , check Helena is the hideout already unlocked or not. edit: yeah, some people made claim on rare, very rare, extremely rare, which is misleading. I saw the rarity on a poe encyclopedia website.
