Help Crafting Crit Int Phys Ring

I am interested in taking the below ring and crafting The following things on to it.

Global Critical Strike Chance
60 + intelligence
Physical Damage

Then finishing it by Master Crafting "Non-Channelling Skills have -7"



Does anyone have any suggestions on the cheapest method of doing so?

Essence of Contempt until high enough int (1:45) and benchcraft "crit chance/crit multi if shattered". Annul the 3rd suffix if the essence fills suffixes.

The first part sounds ok.
But the last benchcraft of "Of shattered's" crit chance is pretty low. (It also doesn't work with certain bosses, since there is nothing to shatter.)
I had actually been looking at using Essence of Loathing for the higher crit.
But it was the 60+ Intelligence that proved challenging.

The only way you'll get 60+ int off one suffix is with the quality for attribute modifiers and a t1 int modifier. Or a max roll on a t2 int modifier to hit 60. Essence of Spite would also work, except...

The only ways to get crit chance on a ring are influenced modifiers (can't have on a fractured item), Cameria's mod (can't hit with Veiled Orb/Aisling, so you'd have to craft it on), or Essence of Loathing.

With those conditions set for your suffixes, I don't think there's much choice except applying Attribute quality, and spamming Essence of Loathing until you hit T1 Int. And hoping the prefixes are either usable, or having the ability to clean them off.

Yeah and I forgot about the mana cost craft as well.
The issue is that flat phys is hard to get otherwise and rings are a terrible slot to use a suffix for crit chance.

Craft of Exile Gave me a ~1% chance of hitting the int and Crit with Loathing, but that makes Phys pretty hard to get if I want to do the Elreon Craft.

I may need to drop the additional crit on ring requirement...

Will definitely look at getting Attribute quality. My current ring has that.
