[URGENT] Anything that provides an EXPLODE or SHATTER component can cause loot not to drop.

My buddy is having an issue where he has %100 Shatter tattoos and guaranteed maps, essences, and breach mob vaal splinters do not drop.
I experienced this bug today when I killed some essence nodes with the Gloom Shrine on (which has an explode component) and ZERO essences dropped. I do not have any other source of explode/shatter in my build, and have not to my knowledge had issues with guaranteed drops from mobs outside of the Gloom Shrine. I ran a map previously and had no issues dropping essences. There was someone else who filed an issue about Asenath's Gentle Touch gloves (which have an explode component) causing essences to not drop. I believe this is a bug with explode/shatter (mob-corpse after effects?) which cause mobs that should drop guaranteed items, to follow Ruthless drop rules (drop nothing). This seems to be especially obvious with essence mobs. I made a /bug report while in the map I was in where I experienced this bug: 2,580,189,620 Please fix this bug ASAP. Just to be sure - was not those essences/maps/etc hidden by filter due to them being low tier?
