Tired of being ONE-SHOTTED
I'm probably the millionth person that's complained about this. It's really aggravating that the tiny hits do just about nothing on a character with good sustain, life on block or ES on block. Yet you get ONE-SHOTTED so easily on random rares and certain bosses.
Really tired of it. If you guys don't plan on changing this, at least show some information on death! Show what killed us, for how much damage and what kind of damage. It's ridiculous that this game requires so many outside programs and information grabbing from websites just to figure things out. Make things more obvious for us to fix our builds around. You're just pissing off your player base. I get making the game challenging but the gap in damage from the thousands of average hitting monsters in the game compared to ONE-SHOT mechanics is just not built proportionally in my opinion. DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT! wat Last bumped on Sep 16, 2023, 1:53:03 AM

beast way to avoid this is having at least 50m dps and be ranged

" That does nothing, I have 200 mil dps and mobs were still tanky at 500 ranking and I was dying multiple times every tournament, even lost a few. They still oneshot you whenever they feel like it. Didn't realize this thread wasn't about the trial mechanic lol my bad Last edited by Toforto#2372 on Sep 15, 2023, 9:43:37 PM

I too became very tired of being one-shotted. That was my biggest complaint about PoE.
Over 430 threads discussing labyrinth problems with over 1040 posters in support (thread # 1702621) Thank you all! GGG will implement a different method for ascension in PoE2. Retired!

Build multiple defensive layers and you wont get 1shot. There are sooo many ways to get tankier, but they all need some kind of investment. Like, if you play a tornado shot with 3k life, 75 res, supression and some evasion as your only defenses, dont be suprised that you will get 1shot occasionally.
