Crimson Temple: Blood raven invincible

The Blood Raven at the end of Crimson Temple is either invincible or immune to Spark. I found a previous post mentioning this from earlier this year but it seems it was archived without a response. Any idea what's going on here? I die to it quite a bit in very juiced maps since it's buffed so strongly and it's very frustrating not being able to damage it.
