Ban Appeal

My main account was banned 3 days ago, I filed an appeal as soon as I realized I was banned, but there hasn't been any response from GGG until now. I'm a new player and I paid 60$ for the game, a huge amount of money for me. They told me breaking term but I don't know which error I broke. I don't RMT or use any bot tool. I really want to know the mistakes I made so I can learn from them and never make them again. but there was no response from GGG for that. Has anyone encountered the same thing and can help me or give me some advice pls?

You didn't pay $60 for the game, it's free to play, you may have spent $60 on optional micro transactions BUT either way that dose not give you any preferential treatment, you submit your ticket and wait in the queue like everyone else

" hi sir. i have received that my account has been permanently banned for breaching our Terms of Use. but do you think a permanent ban for a first-time player too harsh? Is there any chance for me to get a reprieve? If possible, please let me know your specific error and I will pay more attention to it and not make the same mistake again.
