Balance of Terror Mods

Hello Community,

I have a Balance of Terror with 2 mods
1. (20-25%) increased Cooldown Recovery Rate if you've cast Temporal Chains in the past 10 seconds
2.Immune to Curses if you've cast Despair in the past 10 seconds

What would happen if I use a Divine orb ?
Would I only reroll the the CDR for Temporal Chains or would the Despair mod be possibly swapped with another mod?

I dont want to just use 1Div to try it.

Divine only rolls number values without bricking this jewel.
