Doryani's Prototype meets Mana Siphon rare monster

I know this has been brought up dozens of times before, but I am experiencing total stop to my Doryani's Prototype build as enemies simply spawn in my vicinity and instantly murder me when the dice rolls "mana siphon".
Do anyone have any tips on how to prevent this? It feels like every second in a map a moderator is tempted to /kill me and presses enter just whenever. It's a shame, I really like this build. Last bumped on Sep 14, 2023, 5:51:40 AM

I did that build once and those were the only scary things in the game. There was a way to get around it but you had to wear specific gear and have one of those timeless jewels I believe.

Use it along with Mahuxotl and tempered by war to not take lightningdamage at all. All the benefits, none of the downsides.

do sanctum - ive probably ran like 40-50 of those and never met any mana siphon pests.
