Microsoft Visual C++ crash all the time, please help!

Hey guys, whenever I play, after 10/15min. my game will always crash and give me the error:

I have tried updating my graphics drivers, reinstalling visual C++ Library, I even reinstalled windows and I'm still getting this error, anyone can help?

Which Windows version? Standalone PoE or Steam? If standalone, run packcheck.exe, in Steam verify files.

I'm using windows 10 Home
Steam edition and verifying didn't help :/
