Problems downloading new Patch

Im having problems downloading the new patch. It doesnt download. My internet is fine, my antivirus was turned off, runned as administrator. Cant find a fix to this problem.

Update: Normally.. it downloads until 20-30% and then download speed goes to 0 and never comes back
